Breaking through Barriers Training

Empower Possibilities developed the Breaking through Barriers Training in March, 2020 to provide trainings for individuals with disabilities, families, disability agencies, and community stakeholders in the areas of employment, disability inclusion, advocacy, or other disability-related topics.

Breaking through Barriers and Employ to Empower instruction is peer to peer with a focus on an individual's ability-centered approach.

Together we can Educate, Advocate, and Empower  Possibilities for people with disabilities!

Ms. McGill provided hope for self-advocates of what they can accomplish. Agencies loved her perseverance and her message of how disability should not define an individual's ability.
