Supports
Assist individuals with advocacy, problem-solving, decision-making, goal setting, follow-through and coaching on life skills. Coordinate services.
Identify and connect individuals with public and private services and agencies. Assist with application and placement processes.
Employment
Supports
Assist in seeking either part-time or full-time employment, assess skills, resume building, mock interview. Clarify rights and responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act, strategize about seeking accommodations.

Breaking through Barriers Training
Empower Possibilities developed the Breaking through Barriers Training in March, 2020 to provide trainings for individuals with disabilities, families, disability agencies, and community stakeholders in the areas of employment, disability inclusion, advocacy, or other disability-related topics.
Breaking through Barriers and Employ to Empower instruction is peer to peer with a focus on an individual's ability-centered approach.
